Place Value Slider

Rigid whiteboard with dry-wipe sleeve to support the exploration of place value.
A dry wipe pen can be used on the board to enter numbers into the windows, and can also be used on the sleeve to add place value headings, and a decimal point/comma when necessary.
The slider gives a better understanding of place value with whole numbers and decimals and is the perfect resource for addressing misconceptions, particularly the effect of multiplying and dividing by the powers of ten.
