Baking Christmas cookies is one of my favourite things to do! I love baking with children and it is a great way to sneak in some weighing, measuring and maths talk whilst you have great fun (and eat cookie dough!)

This recipe was shared by a wonderful chef I used to work with and is tried and tested! My mum made the ones in the picture for her local community Christmas event!
