Jan is a professional who truly cares about SEND children. She is well qualified to assess for both dyslexia and dyscalculia. She made my child truly at ease almost instantly, created a rapport with him and helped him focus on a variety of assessments; she also showed great empathy when he had a couple of wobbles during the testing process not all education professionals have this skill. She is knowledgeable, honest and extremely thorough. Well worth the money for assessments.
