If you decide to book an assessment with me, you can expect:
• A face-to-face assessment at my house, in a purpose-built workspace, designed with your child’s wellbeing in mind.
• A detailed formal report shared directly within 7 days of the assessment.
• Recommendations about how your child can be supported in school and at home, including clear and up-to-date reference to JCQ guidelines related to exam access arrangements.
• An opportunity to discuss and consider a wide range of traits that might be impacting your child with a professional who has experience in many areas.
• The option to split an assessment into two shorter sessions as appropriate.
• You can drop your child off during an assessment or stay on-site, depending on their needs.

I am an experienced educator, qualified to formally diagnose the specific learning difficulties, dyslexia and dyscalculia. In addition, I have extensive experience supporting pupils with a wide range of learning differences across both primary and secondary settings.

I understand how complex it can be for parents to navigate the SEN system and I can draw on my roles as a mother, SENCo and Specialist Assessor to guide and advise families and teachers. I offer a supportive, comprehensive and professional service that is conducted with sensitivity, encouragement and empathy throughout.
