An Interview with Esme – Dyscalculia Network Child Ambassador

Summary

An interview with Esme, The Dyscalculia Network's Child Ambassador, about Maths Anxiety

Maths Anxiety

We are honoured to introduce Esme as our first Dyscalculia Network Child Ambassador (and poster model!)

Esme talks to Cat Eadle about how she felt about maths in her first school and how that has changed with a new school and with the help of  a specialist Maths Tutor. She talks about what helps her to feel less anxious and gives great advice for other children who find maths challenging and have Maths Anxiety.

A huge thank  to Esme for sharing her story so far and for modelling for our Maths Anxiety Awareness Day posters.

You can listen to Esme’s chat with Cat Eadle here – it is suitable for children –
